Greenland Global Commodity Trading Hub Group to attend CICPE

Global Fortune 500 member Greenland Global Commodity Trading Hub Group, with its excellent trade and commerce whole industry value chain setup and Global Trade Port capabilities, will send a group delegation to participate in the first China International Consumer Products Expo (a.k.a. Hainan Expo), which will be held May 7-10 in Haikou, Hainan Province. A large number of international companies, brands, and products will gather in Hainan for the Expo, which will facilitate the realization of China’s “dual circulation strategy” (meaning that China will rely on a robust cycle of domestic demand and innovation as the main driver of the economy while maintaining international markets and investors as a second engine of growth).
The Greenland delegation joins over 180 brands from nearly 30 countries and regions taking part in the Expo, where there will be over 20 categories of products on display in the Fashion Life and High End Food Product exhibition areas, including apparel, bags, cosmetics, cuisine, beverages, jewelry, diamonds, and more. Over 100 brand new products will launch at the First Hainan Expo, making their first global appearance!
During the Expo, the Greenland booths will also offer purchase agreement, trade pairing, taste testing, brand fashion shows, fashion styling, education, and other activities. In addition, Greenland will also bring along other top brands to participate in the Expo, including French independent jewelry brand Korloff’s 88-carat Korloff Noir, worth 250 million yuan, other antique jewelry pieces from Switzerland, and more.
Xue Yingjie, assistant to the president of Greenland Group and General Manager of Greenland Global Commodity Trading Port Group, stated that in line with the new “dual circulation” development structure, Greenland plans to bring top overseas resources into China via the Greenland Global Trade Port platform. This will assist in linking domestic and international markets and resources, helping the Hainan Expo to become a major national expo platform, exhibiting and trading international premium consumer goods, bringing consumer spending back to China, promoting domestic consumer spending, and making a major service contribution to the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
